McCrimmon Primary Care Plus was previously affiliated with Avance Care. As of August 2025, we made the intentional decision to become an independent practice after recognizing the need for greater flexibility, responsiveness, and patient-centered care within our community.
This decision allows us to focus on what matters most — our patients, our providers, and our community. Today, as an independent practice, McCrimmon Primary Care Plus continues to evolve while staying true to the values that shaped us from the beginning: trusted providers, comprehensive primary care, and a long-term commitment to the community we serve.
